Confidentiality in Private Sessions Sacred Circle Flow is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of all clients who engage in individual services, including but not limited to one-on-one Reiki sessions, private yoga classes, and card readings (collectively referred to as "Private Sessions"). Any information disclosed during Private Sessions will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties without the client’s prior written consent, except as required by law. Public Classes and Consent to Recording Please be advised that free and public yoga classes (hereafter, "Public Classes") are open to multiple participants and are not considered private. By registering for a Public Class, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of the class being recorded for quality assurance, promotional, or educational purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify us in writing prior to the commencement of the class, and we will take reasonable steps to accommodate your request. Disclaimer on Privacy and Connection Security While Sacred Circle Flow will make every effort to protect your privacy, please note that online sessions are conducted via third-party platforms and may not be entirely secure. Sacred Circle Flow and Emma Morrow are not responsible or liable for any unauthorized access to or disclosure of personal information due to the limitations of internet security or factors beyond our control.
